Use a dedicated low-limit key and revoke it when you stop using the app. Label photos you choose to read are sent directly to Anthropic; your cellar database is not uploaded by Cellar Book.
api.openai.com. Label photos you choose to read are sent directly to OpenAI. The request uses no web-search tool and is configured not to store the response through the API request setting used by this app.
Neither reader searches the web. Current prices and merchant results are not requested. Any price or merchant link already saved by an older build is preserved but not refreshed.
Your cellars and wish list live in this browser only — there is no account and no sync. Export backup (JSON) now includes the bottle records, cellar layout and stored label photos in one file so it can be restored on another device. CSV remains a spreadsheet-only export and does not contain photos.
Cellar Book is a static, offline-first web app. No build step, no framework, no tracking, no Cellar Book server.
